Florida is still one of the World’s top destinations for several reasons. For years people have traveled there for Walt Disney World and its attractions.  

 

The theme parks remain some of the main reasons for visiting Florida, as more theme parks have been built and top rides added to existing ones. The weather offers 12 months of sun with the temperature rarely dropping below 70 degrees.

 

Florida offers some of the best golf in the World with many Championship courses, as well as miles of sandy beaches on the Atlantic and Gulf coasts

 

Over the past few years holiday-makers visiting Florida have come to realise what value for money staying in a villa is, as opposed to booking into a cramped hotel room. Most families now demand more from their accommodation in terms of space, choice and facilities.

Emerald Island Resort is genuinely close, unlike others particularly homes located on US27. We are typically less than 10 minutes drive to the nearest Disney park which is Animal Kingdom.

 

Emerald Island Resort is convenient for all the shops and restaurants located on US192, we are situated between “Mile Markers” 4 & 5.

Our Home overlooks a lake and conservation view so you don’t back onto other homes for that additional privacy.

This villa is privately owned we have tried to ensure that it is equipped beyond expectations.

 

Young Families

Spend lazy days around the pool, if the children are young they can sleep in a bedroom only a few feet away whilst you continue to soak up the sun, if you were in a hotel could you do that? One of the two kiddies play areas at Emerald Island is only a couple of minutes walk away.

 

Games Room

Any energy left after the parks or after a days golfing or shopping, then our games room will keep you entertained into the early hours, or spend some time in your own private pool & spa.

Key Collect at the Villa

Our house is locally managed, but on your arrival you don’t need to drive miles to pick up the key, just drive straight to our villa and collect the key from the villa.
